Terms & Conditions - WILLOW WARREN

How to order:
You can place your order via the Internet, by post or over the phone.

We accept payment by cheque, postal order, debit (Maestro, Visa Debit and Electron) or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

All prices are in Pound Sterling and should be paid as such. Prices for all items are displayed and are not subject to further tax or other charges, apart from shipping costs. The shipping costs can be found by adding the relevant items to the shopping cart, from which they can be removed again, before the order is confirmed.

They depend on the weight of the goods ordered, but also on their bulkiness.

Goods below 4kg are usually dispatched by Royal Mail/ Parcel Force, unless we are unable to pack them into a single parcel. Consignments of 2 or more parcels and orders with a shipping weight over 4 kg will be dispatched by courier – charges may vary between UK mainland and Highland and Island destinations.

The box deals have the charges for carriage to UK mainland destinations already included, but Highland and Island destinations will incurr additonal charges. You should check with us if your location is classified as an “Highland” or “Island” area.

Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts could occur further charges, please consider this when placing your order and giving delivery instructions. Parcels send by post, where delivery has been unsuccessful and a card has been left, need to be collected from the post office within 7 days, after which they might be returned to us by the post office and resending it will incurr new charges for carriage.

Prices, goods and availability of goods can be subject to change at any time.

All payments have to be made in Pound Sterling.

Delivery Policy
We generally strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible after payments have been cleared, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. This especially applies where goods are made to order, but also for deliveries by Parcel Force, where the time from dispatching to arriving at your destination can vary a lot. (Tracing of parcels send by post is not possible until 15 days after posting.)

Orders for delivery by courier will be dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for next day delivery (UK mainland only, Highland and Island destinations will take 2-3 working days for delivery) . Postal items are usually dispatched on Wednesdays.

As we are quite a way from our courier depot, orders must be placed by 11am for us to be able to get them onto the van for next day delivery (depending on availability of goods).

We will always try and advise you if there will be a significant delay until dispatch.

If you require delivery to any country other than the U.K., you need to contact us first to check if delivery is possible.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
If you cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund you the full cost of the goods and shipping.

However, a cancellation charge, up to the maximum of the cost of the card charges to us, might be applied at our discretion. If you would like to know the current charges, please contact us.

Should you have purchased an item from The Willow Warren mistakenly - and through no fault of The Willow Warren – we will refund the item provided it is returned in unused and saleable condition. A collection fee might be charged if you are unable to arrange return yourself.

You must check your order after arrival. If goods are found to be damaged in transport, we will fully refund or replace them. Transport damages must be reported within 2 working days of delivery. Proof of damage might be required in some cases.

If there is any discrepancy between your order and the items you have received, you must inform us within 7days of receipt. You can contact us on 01437-741 714 or via info@willowwarren.co.uk.

The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy
When you order, we will ask you for your name, full address details and telephone number. All data collected will not be passed on to any other third party, with the exception of the courier company delivering your goods to facilitate delivery.

All card payment details will be handled through HSBC Bank.
